Wizkid has set a new record in the Nigerian music industry this year.
His 2020- 2021 hit , Essence recently crossed the 100 million mark on YouTube views and became Wizkid’s 4th music video to hit the milestone.
While many top Nigerian music stars are yet to get their first 100 million on YouTube, Wizkid has two already – Joro , Come closer, Soco, Essence – 100m views
This feat comes just days after his 4th studio album, Made in Lagos sold over 500,000 copies in the US.
